The Myrtlewood used to make these earrings is native to the Pacific Northwest and we source it from a sustainable lumberyard in Portland, OR. Myrtlewood is a unique and beautiful wood known for its rich, varied colors from blond to black, with honey, brown, gray, red, and green hues. The horizontal line design attracts your eye to the natural wood grain.
Wander the Woods earrings are all-natural wood with clear varnish. The wood is cut and sanded thin enough to laser-cut. A design is selected for each type of wood and once the design is cut, the earrings are hand sanded before applying a finish. The stud earrings are hypoallergenic with stainless steel posts.
