These heart stud earrings are made from exotic African Padouk sustainably sourced from mill ends near Portland, Oregon. Padauk has a very unique reddish orange coloration. Pairing the natural wood grain with her original designs, Melissa creates customized earrings. They are laser-cut, environmentally considerate, solid wood earrings that are lightweight and hypoallergenic.
All Wander the Woods materials are sustainably sourced from lumber yard mill ends or wood worker scraps. The wood is cut and sanded thin enough to laser-cut a design specifically selected for each type of wood. Once the design is cut, the earrings are hand sanded before applying a finish. Stud earrings are hypoallergenic with stainless steel posts.
